Nathaniel Moran (Republican Party) is a member of the U.S. House of Representatives, representing Texas’ 1st Congressional District since January 3, 2023.
Nathaniel Moran (Republican Party) is a member of the U.S. House of Representatives, representing Texas’ 1st Congressional District since January 3, 2023. Congressman Moran serves on the House Judiciary Committee, House Foreign Affairs Committee, and the House Committee on Education and the Workforce.
Moran’s career experience includes working as an attorney and a partner with Ramey & Flock, P.C. He served as a councilman with the Tyler City Council. He served as County judge for more than four years. Through his legal work he dedicated himself to community service, actively contributing to several non-profit organizations such as the Boy Scouts of America, Discovery Science Place, Cancer Foundation for Life, and the Tyler Area Chamber of Commerce.
Moran attended the United States Military Academy at West Point for two years and graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian Language and Area Studies, a Master of Business Administration, and Juris Doctor.
