Max Konstantinovsky is the CEO and Co-Founder of Organized Matter. A three-time founder, he specializes in technology commercialization for climate tech and robotics. He served as Entrepreneur in Residence at Good Machine venture studio and has brought to market products from high-altitude balloons to underwater robots.

Max is a World Economic Forum Global Shaper and a Venture Partner at Cognic, where he guides investments in national security, clean industry, and natural capital startups. He studied Business Administration (BS) at USC and Environmental Economics & Policy (BS) at UC Berkeley before founding Organized Matter.
