Oleksandr Danyliuk is a Ukrainian economist and senior executive with broad leadership experience in government, finance, and technology. As Ukraine’s Minister of Finance (2016–2018), he led sweeping reforms in public finance, banking, and anti-corruption policy, strengthening the country’s fiscal stability and international credibility. He later served as Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council (2019), shaping national security strategy and intergovernmental coordination.

Since 2023, Mr. Danyliuk has been co-founder and President of Destinus, a leading European aerospace and defense manufacturer pioneering autonomous flight systems. He directs the company’s defense strategy, international growth, and government relations, positioning Destinus at the forefront of next-generation aerospace innovation.
